The full certification program takes 4-6 weeks from application to final assessment. However, the timeline varies based on individual pace through assessments and training. Some candidates progress faster, while others may need additional time in specific areas.
Yes, you're allowed to retake specific assessments if you don't pass on your first attempt. However, only a limited number of retakes are permitted per stage. We want to ensure you're genuinely ready before moving forward.
If you don't earn your PHVA Certification, you'll receive detailed feedback on which areas to improve. Many candidates use this feedback to strengthen their skills and reapply in the future. We're invested in your growth, not gatekeeping.
There's no upfront cost to apply or participate in the PHVA Academy. We only profit when you get hired, so we're aligned on your success. Once certified and placed with a client, your compensation begins.
We assess proficiency in the most common tools used by our clients: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Zapier, and basic CRM systems. We also evaluate general software literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
