Short summary

I have been in the BPO industry since 2010. Handled various accounts such as telecom, technical support, financial and insurance. I also had been doing a lot of cold calling lately, mainly focusing on sales. Handled diabetic campaign, wherein I had to reach out to potential diabetic patients and offer them to be the supplier of their medication whenever they need refills. I also handled debt settlement campaign where I had to look for potential clients via cold calling who would be interested on consolidating all of their unsecured debt. Such as their personal loans, credit cards and things of that nature. Once the potential client agreed, I had to set them up for an appointment in order for our debt specialists to call them or meet them and explain about the process.

I would say, my English level is 8.5 to 9 out of 10.

And my biggest professional win, would be when I was working with Asurion (One of the biggest if not the biggest insurance provider in the United States for mobile phones and smart devices.). Being a consistent top performer and seller when I was there, I was able to purchase my own motorbike and had our house renovated. For me, that was the biggest win in my entire customer service career.

And I am looking for a company where I can showcase my skill and help them increase their company revenue by providing numbers.
