What happens after you apply

We review your profile and, if you pass our initial screen, we’ll invite you to complete four quick steps before you’re visible to US clients:

  • Record a 60–90 second voice introduction (we’ll send a script).
  • Complete a short online IQ / cognitive test.
  • Take a CEFR‑style English grammar and comprehension test.
  • Complete a DISC personality profile so we can match you to the right operator.

You’ll upload your voice link and assessment scores inside your Talent Portal so clients can listen and review you immediately.
